Author Box Advanced

Purpose

The block displays an extended author profile with an avatar, role, biography, and links. It is useful for articles, expert content, and SEO-focused pages.

Content

• Name: the author name, edited directly in the block.
• Role: the role, job title, or short subtitle.
• Bio: the author's expertise description.

Profile Settings

• Avatar image: selects the author image from the media library.
• Remove image: removes the selected avatar.
• Social links, one per line: a list of links, one per line. A row can use the Label: https://example.com format; when it does, Label becomes the visible link text.

Typography Settings

• Author name size: author name font size in pixels.
• Subtitle: role or subtitle font size.
• Body text size: biography font size.

Border Settings

• Border color: the block border color.
• Width: border width.
• Radius: corner radius.

Color Settings

• Text color: the main text color.
• Background: the block background.
• Author name: author name color.
• Subtitle: role or subtitle color.
• Social links: link color.

Frontend Behavior

The avatar is rendered as an image with lazy loading. Social links open in a new tab and receive rel="noreferrer noopener".
