You may need an account to purchase, download, update, or receive support for Smart Marketing Blocks. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

By using the website or product, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have appropriate consent, and that you have authority to act for any company or organization you represent.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials and license keys confidential.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or license key has been accessed without authorization.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account access except as expressly allowed by your license plan.

You agree to use the website, product, account area, downloads, documentation, and support services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt other users or our systems.

• Do not use the services to send spam, abusive messages, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, licensing, access controls, or technical limitations.
• Do not interfere with the availability, speed, integrity, or security of the website or services.
• Do not use the product or services in a way that infringes the rights of another person or business.

Smart Marketing Blocks may provide an online store, account area, license management, product downloads, documentation, updates, and support. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services at our discretion.

The product is a WordPress plugin. Its behavior may depend on your WordPress version, hosting environment, installed themes, installed plugins, browser, and other third-party software.

After a successful purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key for the number of websites allowed by your selected plan. The license key provides access to downloads, product updates, and support while the license is active.

The downloadable WordPress plugin may include GPL-licensed code or other open-source components where applicable. Your license key and paid account access are separate from any open-source rights that may apply to the plugin code.

• You may use Smart Marketing Blocks on your own websites and on client websites within the limits of your plan.
• You may not resell, publish, distribute, or share your license key with third parties.
• We may suspend or terminate license access if a license key is abused, leaked, resold, used fraudulently, or used outside the limits of the purchased plan.

Prices, plan limits, features, and billing terms are published on the website and may change from time to time. Payments are processed through available payment providers, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment fees.

Unless a plan states otherwise, paid licenses are annual subscriptions that renew automatically on the anniversary of the original purchase date. You may cancel renewal before the renewal date from your account area or by contacting support.

• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior payments.
• If you renew after a license has expired or been canceled, the current published price may apply.
• Discounts, promotions, and renewal offers may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.

If Smart Marketing Blocks does not work as expected and we cannot help resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days after your first purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through support with the order email and license key.

Refund eligibility is based on the first purchase date for the license. A new purchase after a prior refund does not restart the original refund period for the same customer or substantially similar license.

• Refunds are not available after 14 days from the first purchase date.
• After a refund, your license key, downloads, updates, and support access may be canceled.
• We may reject refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

After payment is processed, order details and account information may be sent to the email address used during checkout. Product downloads and license details may also be available in your account area.

Access to re-download product files, receive updates, and request support requires an active license unless we state otherwise. If you do not receive a purchase email, check your account area or contact support.

We may provide product updates for active licenses. Updates can include bug fixes, compatibility changes, improvements, new features, or removals of deprecated functionality.

You are responsible for backing up your website and testing updates before applying them to production sites. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting setup, or custom codebase.

Support is provided to customers with an active paid license. Support may include help with installation, licensing, product features, bug reports, and compatibility questions directly related to Smart Marketing Blocks.

Support does not include custom development, website design services, third-party plugin fixes, server administration, or debugging unrelated custom code unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Smart Marketing Blocks, the website, documentation, downloads, updates, and support services are provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the product will meet every requirement, work with every website configuration, or be free from errors at all times.

The Smart Marketing Blocks name, website content, product branding, documentation, design, media, and related materials belong to Smart Marketing Blocks or its licensors. You may not copy or claim ownership of those materials except as allowed by law or by written permission.

You retain ownership of your website content, customer content, and customer data. You grant us a limited right to use information you provide only as needed to operate the website, process orders, deliver downloads, provide support, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and protect the services.

• You are responsible for making backups of your website and data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed for content you submit to us.
• We may use aggregated or anonymized usage and support information to improve Smart Marketing Blocks.

We may send transactional emails related to purchases, account access, license keys, support, security, updates, and changes to these Terms. We may also send occasional product or marketing emails where permitted. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We may offer affiliate, referral, discount, beta, or promotional programs. Program availability, eligibility, commission rates, payout rules, and terms may change at our discretion. Participation in any such program may require acceptance of separate terms.

We may update the website, product, services, features, pricing, plan limits, and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users by posting the updated Terms on the website, sending an email, or using another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the website, product, account area, downloads, updates, or support after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Marketing Blocks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or website downtime.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or the product will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
